Complete Radiologic Response. The designation of complete radiologic response (CRR) for CT-based response requires all of the following: • Target nodes/nodal masses must regress to ≤ 1.5 cm in longest transverse diameter of a lesion (LDi). • No extralymphatic sites of disease • Absent non-measured lesion • Organ enlargement regress to normal (eg, an enlarged spleen at baseline must be ≤ 13 cm at assessment) • No new sites of disease should be observed. • Bone marrow normal by morphology; if indeterminate, immunohistochemistry negative
