Complete Metabolic Response. The designation of complete metabolic response (CMR) for PET-CT-based response requires all of the following: • A 5-point scale (5PS) score of 1, 2, or 3, with or without a residual mass ⎯ In ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ring or extranodal sites with high physiologic uptake or with activation within spleen or marrow, uptake may be greater than normal mediastinum and/or liver.
