Common use of Complete Copies Clause in Contracts

Complete Copies. Such Seller has delivered to Buyer a complete copy of (i) each Store Lease, as amended or otherwise modified and in effect as of the date hereof and (ii) each Real Property Document in the possession of Seller or any of its Affiliates, in each case, as amended or otherwise modified and in effect as of the date hereof.
