Common use of Complete Award Agreement and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Complete Award Agreement and Amendment. This Award Agreement (which includes the performance calculations provided for herein and the policies referenced above, each as modified from time to time), and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between Awardee and the Bank regarding the Awards. Any prior agreements, commitments or negotiations concerning these Awards are superseded. This Award Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of Awardee, the Bank, and the Corporation except that the policies referenced in above may be modified by the Corporation as described in this Award Agreement from time to time. Awardee agrees not to rely on any oral information regarding this Award or any written materials not identified in this Section.
