COMPLAINTS FROM USERS. From time to time, it is expected there will be a minimal number of complaints from the public utilizing the Properties relating to the Service Provider's operation. It is the intent of both the State and the Service Provider to resolve each complaint in an expeditious manner so as to preclude a future similar occurrence.

COMPLAINTS FROM USERS.
