Common use of Competitive Loan Notes Clause in Contracts

Competitive Loan Notes. The Competitive Loans shall be evidenced by a duly executed promissory note of the Borrower to each Lender in an original principal amount equal to the Total Committed Amount and substantially in the form of Schedule 2.2(i).

Competitive Loan Notes. The Competitive Loans shall be evidenced by a duly executed promissory note of the Borrower Borrowers to each Lender in an original principal amount equal to the Total Committed Competitive Loan Maximum Amount and substantially in the form of Schedule 2.2(i2.4(h).
