COMPETITIVE CONTENT. The N2K Areas will not contain advertisements, promotions, links, sponsorships or similar content (i) on behalf of any entity reasonably construed to be in competition with AOL (of which N2K is provided advance notice) or (ii) otherwise in conflict with AOL's standard advertising policies or any contractual AOL exclusivities.
