Common use of Competent Person Clause in Contracts

Competent Person. Subcontractor agrees to provide a competent person onsite at all times during operations which require such according to the OSHA regulations. This person must be experienced in the operation and have received detailed training on the regulations pertaining to the operation. The competent person shall perform a daily inspection of the operation and submit a written inspection report each day to CH2M HILL.
