Competency certificates. Senior officers must hold Class A competency certificates equal to or higher than their position requirements, along with corresponding professional training qualifications (at least two senior officers handling navigation must hold GMDSS certificates); Ordinary crew members must hold corresponding professional training certificates for their position. Ordinary watchkeeping crew members must hold the corresponding Class B competency certificates. Additionally, the Captain must hold a Ship Security Officer Certificate issued by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China.
Competency certificates. The competency certificates, including but not limited to High-tech Enterprise Certificate (certificate No.: Jing R-2002-0211) and Software Enterprise Affirmation Certificate (certificate No.: GR200811001691) which received by the Company are legally existing and there is no issue or any potential issue which may constitute a revocation or prevention for the said competency certificates to pass the annual inspection.
Competency certificates. 28.1 Staff deployed for the purpose of train working, activities related to yard shunting and track maintenance at Birgunj shall have a "Competency Certificate" acceptable to Indian Railways for ensuring safe operation of trains.
29.1 Terminal Management Company at Birgunj will arrange to provide adequate facilities including Running Rooms, Rest Rooms (as provided at crew changing stations on Indian Railways) and other requisite facilities for drivers, assistant drivers, guards and other supervisory staff of MOR at the ICD.
29.2 Terminal Management Company at Birgunj will provide similar facilities for other Indian Railways personnel visiting ICD in connection with repairs of wagons, restoration of accidents etc.
