Compensatory Personal Day. If a bargaining unit member attends a previously scheduled workshop/activity on a snow day or Act of God day, he/she will be granted one (1) additional personal day beyond those provided in Article 8.3 of the contract to be taken during the remainder of the school year in which said snow day or Act of God day occurred.
