Compensation to Community Foundation and Other Expenses. The Community Foundation carries out the distribution and financial reporting responsibilities necessary to maintain the Fund, and shall charge the Fund an administrative management fee. The fee is specified in the Guidelines, and the fee may be periodically modified by an amendment to the Guidelines adopted by the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation. Said fee shall be reasonable and in keeping with the fees that community foundations customarily charge.
