Compensation on Certain Terminations. If Executive terminates Executive’s employment during the Term of this Agreement for Good Reason, or if the Holding Company terminates Executive’s employment without Cause, or if the Holding Company does not renew the Agreement at the expiration of the Term, including any renewal Term, Executive shall be entitled to the following severance benefits:
