Common use of Compensation of the Advisor Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Advisor. (a) The Trust agrees to pay to the Advisor and the Advisor agrees to accept as full compensation for all services rendered by the Advisor as such, a monthly fee (the "Investment Advisory Fee") in arrears at an annual rate equal to 0.60 % of the average weekly value of the Trust's Managed Assets.
