Compensation of Sample Clauses

Compensation of. MANAGERS The Managers may be paid their expenses, if any, of attendance at each meeting of the Board of Managers and may be paid a fixed sum for attendance at each meeting of the Board of Managers or a stated salary as Manager. No such payment shall preclude any Manager from serving the LLC in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor. Members of special or standing committees may be allowed like compensation for attending committee meetings.

Compensation of costs The Company and / or AMT shall bear the costs reasonably incurred (including, for the avoidance of doubt, legal fees) by Forbion in connection with the AMT Transaction in the event that (i) BAA Completion occurs or (ii) the BAA is terminated as a result whereof and pursuant to the BAA, the Company will be paid a break fee.

Compensation of. The Depositor shall pay [__________] a fee as shall be separately agreed between the Depositor and [_________]. Compensation of. MLIM LLC ------------------------ For the services rendered, the facilities furnished and expenses assumed by MLIM LLC, the Trust shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause FAM to pay to MLIM LLC at the end of each calendar month a fee of at least $1.00 or another amount to be determined from time to time by FAM and MLIM LLC, but in no event in excess of the amount that FAM actually receives for providing services to the Trust pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.
