Compensation Information. Provider shall furnish to District a copy of the signed Employment Agreement between Provider and the Recruited Physician effective for the Subsidy Period, or a letter from Provider setting forth the material terms of the Recruited Physician’s employment by Provider; said information shall include the material terms of the professional expenses to be paid to Recruited Physician during the Subsidy Period.
