Compensation for Project Implementation Work. The Project Company shall be paid the Contract Price pursuant to Article 9 (Compensation) for the Project Implementation Work as its entitlement to payments of portions of the Contract Price arise thereafter. The Contract Price shall be subject to the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
