Compensation and Reimbursement to Glenborough. In consideration of the Services rendered by Glenborough hereunder, Rancon shall pay Glenborough, in lawful money of the United States, fees in accordance with the terms set forth below. Additionally, Rancon shall reimburse expenses incurred by Glenborough as set forth below.
