COMPENSATION AND INDEMNITY OF ELIGIBLE LENDER TRUSTEE. 1. The Eligible Lender Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Trust and the Eligible Lender Trustee, and the Eligible Lender Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Trust, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder.
