COMPASS ARRAY LIBRARY DELIVERY FEE. In partial consideration of the delivery of the calendar year 2000 and 2001 portion of the Compass Array Library (as described in Section 3.2.), Sankyo agrees to pay ArQule a delivery fee in the amount $500,000, with $250,000 payable within two (2) weeks after the Effective Date and $250,000 payable on March 1, 2002.
