Comparable rates Sample Clauses

Comparable rates. For each rate category within the Company's service area, the rates charged to customers within the Town shall be no higher than the lowest rates charged to the Company's customers in the same rate category, excluding franchise fees, rental fees, surcharges and other taxes, if applicable.
