Company’s Tests. The Company may make or cause to be made such Tests as it considers appropriate and shall make any Tests which it is required to make by the Contract. The Contractor shall provide such assistance and samples and make accessible such Plant and Equipment at locations as the Company considers necessary to carry out such Tests.
