Company’s Obligation to Provide Default Notice. If the Company become aware of the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Company shall within one (1) Trading Day deliver written notice thereof via email, facsimile or reputable overnight courier (with next day delivery specified) (an “Event of Default Notice”) to the Holder.
