Common use of Company’s Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Company’s Knowledge. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Knowledge” and similar terms when used with respect to the Company mean the actual knowledge after reasonable inquiry as of the date hereof of the individuals identified in Section 9.15 of the Company Disclosure Letter.
