Common use of Company's Knowledge of Default Clause in Contracts

Company's Knowledge of Default. Upon an officer or director of the Company obtaining knowledge of, or threat of, an Event of Default hereunder, cause such officer to promptly, within no more than five (5) Business Days, deliver to the Holder notice thereof specifying the nature thereof, the period of existence thereof, and what action the Company has taken and/or proposes to take with respect thereto.
