Company’s Authorization Sample Clauses

The "Company’s Authorization" clause defines the authority granted to the company to act or make decisions under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific actions the company is permitted to take, such as entering into contracts, making payments, or delegating responsibilities, and may require that such actions be approved by designated officers or the board. Its core practical function is to clarify the scope of the company’s legal power within the agreement, ensuring that all parties understand which actions are officially sanctioned and reducing the risk of unauthorized commitments.
