Company Working Rules. It is further agreed by both parties to this Agreement that fair treatment, good service, and due diligence in observance of the rules as promulgated by the Company are essential to the maintenance of satisfactory working conditions and wages described in this Agreement and, for safe, efficient operations, provided that such rules as may be promulgated by the Company shall not in any way conflict with the terms of this Agreement. The Council agrees to maintain a high standard of safety, economical, efficient workmanship, and productivity, and also to promote good will between the Company and its employees. All Company rules shall be posted on bulletin boards or published in booklet form and distributed to employees. .
Company Working Rules. The Parties agree that fair treatment, good service and due diligence in observance of the rules as promulgated by the Company are essential to the maintenance of satisfactory working conditions. The Company reserves the right to enact reasonable rules of expected employee conduct and performance, in order to maintain safety, security, and efficiency at the Pantex Plant. The Company recognizes the Union’s right to challenge these rules through Arbitration on the basis the rules are not reasonable.
1. This shall include Safety and Health rules and regulations as stipulated in Article 19.
a. The Company shall continue the current practice of providing the Union with copies of these rules before they are finalized to obtain the Union’s input. Members of the Bargaining Unit agree to conform to the rules and regulations as enacted by the Company, provided these rules do not conflict with the Agreement. Company rules shall be posted on Bulletin Boards, or published in booklet form and distributed to employees.
