Common use of Company Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Company Shareholders. Schedule 2.5 hereto contains a true and complete list of the record owner of all of the outstanding shares of Company Common Stock together with the number of securities held. To the knowledge of the Company, except as disclosed in the Memorandum, there is no voting trust, agreement or arrangement among any of the beneficial holders of Common Stock affecting the nomination or election of directors or the exercise of the voting rights of Company Stock.
