Company Retains Right to Terminate You for any Reason. The Company may terminate your employment at any time, before or after any Change in Control of the Company, subject to your right to receive the severance benefits hereinafter specified if such termination occurs after a Change in Control of the Company and is for a reason other than those specified in subsections 3(i), 3(ii) and 3(iii) above.
