Common use of Company Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Company Power of Attorney. The Recipient understands that the Company will, and Recipient hereby authorizes the Company to, issue such instructions to the its transfer agent as the Company may deem necessary or proper to comply with the intent and purposes of this Agreement. This paragraph shall be deemed to constitute a stock power exercisable by the Company in its discretion in furtherance of the purposes of this Agreement.
