Company Conflicts. If this Agreement is between the Asset Manager and related Companies (i.e. husband and wife, life partners, etc.), Asset Manager’s services shall be based upon the joint goals communicated to the Asset Manager. Asset Manager shall be permitted to rely upon instructions from either party with respect to disposition of the Assets, unless and until such reliance is revoked in writing to the Asset Manager. The Asset Manager shall not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from such reliance or from any change in the status of the relationship between the Companies.
