Company Computer. Executive shall be entitled to retainment of his Company-provided computer after the Company has removed, or at the discretion of Company after Executive has followed Company instructions to remove, any confidential information of the Company and its affiliates, and has certified completion of same.
Company Computer. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may continue to use his Company laptop computer, cell phone and blackberry following the termination of his active employment through the end of his Consulting Agreement. At the end of his Consulting Agreement, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may purchase the Company laptop computer, cell phone and blackberry for its then prevailing fair market value. Company Computer. You shall be entitled to keep your laptop computer and the existing operating and application software after the Company has removed all Company-related material from it.
Company Computer. Following termination of employment Employee may retain her company provided computer at no cost, subject to applicable taxes, provided that employee removes all Company Confidential Information from such devices.
