Common use of Company Approval Required Clause in Contracts

Company Approval Required. Each Subservicing Agreement and all amendments and modifications thereto and the selection of the Subservicer, regardless of whether the Subservicer is an Affiliate of the Servicer, shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Company (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). A copy of all Subservicing Agreements, as executed and delivered and all amendments thereto, shall be provided to the Company.
