Common use of Company and Trustee may be Represented Clause in Contracts

Company and Trustee may be Represented. The Company and the Trustee, by their respective officers or directors, and the legal advisers of the Company and the Trustee, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether in respect of any Special Warrants held by them or otherwise.

The Company and the Trustee, by their respective officers or directors, and the legal advisers of counsel to the Company and the Trustee, may attend any meeting of the HoldersWarrantholders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether as such unless in respect of any Special Warrants held by them or otherwisetheir capacities as Warrantholders.
