Companies’ Bylaws. The Parties agree that in case of discrepancy between the provisions in this Shareholders’ Agreement and in the bylaws of the Companies and Braskem’s Controlled Companies, the provisions in this Shareholders’ Agreement shall prevail as regards the provisions of such bylaws, and in this event, the Parties shall immediately call a General Meeting to amend the bylaws of the Companies and/or Braskem’s Controlled Companies, so as to adapt them to the terms of this Shareholders’ Agreement.
