Compact Review. 6.1.1 The Commonwealth and the University will review the compact annually. This review will be a mechanism for considering progress made towards agreed goals outlined in this compact. Compact review will aim to ensure that the Commonwealth and the University will continue to focus on key objectives and strategies and will be an opportunity to consider developments that may impact on the compact or trigger a need to change the compact.
6.1.2 To facilitate this review the Commonwealth will produce an annual Institutional Performance Portfolio and the University agrees to contribute to the annual Institutional Performance Portfolio Information Collection (IPPIC). The Commonwealth will consult with the higher education sector on the information collection requirements and any issues arising from the IPPIC process.

Subject to clause 6.2.2 below, the University acknowledges and agrees that any information it provides to the Department for the purposes of this compact, may be accessible under the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and may also be: published by the Commonwealth in any manner in accordance with any legislative requirement; used by the Department for any purpose of the Commonwealth, including dealings with other Commonwealth or State or territory agencies; used in reporting to or answering questions from a Minister of State of the Commonwealth or a House or Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth; or disclosed where the Commonwealth is required or permitted by law to do so. The Commonwealth and the University agree to carry out their roles under this compact in accordance with any obligations they have under the Privacy ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or any state or territory law relating to the protection of personal information. Either party may propose changes to this compact at any time. Any variation to this compact is to be in writing and signed by the University's, and the Commonwealth’s Representatives.
