Community Use of Specific Facilities. Local public use of planned theaters, other public facilities, and the Property’s undeveloped land areas as trails or other passive recreational uses has been a continuing theme in the planning and public presentation of the Project. MaineDOT further agrees to use its best efforts, either on its own or through its tenants, to plan for, facilitate, and manage such community and public use of the Property and Project.
