As such, the Sheriff himself/herself would like to be notified of concerns a citizen has with the agency. The Sheriff may look into it or assign proper personnel to look into concerns regarding community relations.
1. The Sheriff will hold an annual meeting with the citizens and participants in this agreement to review any changes, take any suggestions, and to continually work with the community for the upkeep of this community agreement so that it fulfills the needs of the current day.
2. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ #449 County Sheriff’s Office will hold their officers accountable on and off duty according to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office policies.
3. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office will continue to develop and support community-based programs in a focused effort to enhance and increase communication, Viequesstrengthen existing relations, PR 00765and build new relationships with the community, inclusive of those groups represented in this Agreement. Navy has established and is maintaining an Administrative Record file at or near When possible, the Site and has made it available ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office will engage with the community to ensure these programs are developed with sensitivity to the public in accordance with CERCLA Section 113(k), 42 U.S.C. § 9613(k), Subpart I specific needs of the NCPcommunity.
4. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office will review policies for the risk of disparate racial treatment.
5. The community organizations who have signed this Agreement will support reasonable and appropriate efforts of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office to implement this Agreement.
6. Organizations and individuals acting as advocates for complainants are expected that they will neither comment nor release any information of alleged Sheriff’s misconduct until it has been first reported to the Sheriff’s Office. Before either the organization acting as a contact point or the Sheriff’s Office releases any information, both parties will meet and confer regarding the nature of any such releases.
7. The organizations and individuals who are party to this Agreement agree to participate in efforts to educate the community relative to Sheriff’s policies, procedures and other pertinent issues. If able, the organizations will acknowledge participation in this Agreement on websites, social media, and applicable Guidance issued by EPAother media platforms. The Administrative Record developed by Navy shall be periodically updated and a copy of the Index will be provided to EPATo assist in this process, Interior, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff’s Office and the Commonwealth. 33.6 Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. Section 2705(c), the Air Force has established a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB). The purpose of the RAB is to provide a forum for cooperation between the Parties, local community representatives, and natural resource trustees on actions and proposed actions at the Site. The Parties shall participate in the RAB as follows:
33.6.1 A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ AFB representative who shall co-chair the RAB;
33.6.2 A local citizen who shall co-chair the RAB;
33.6.3 The EPA Project Manager(s);
33.6.4 A NJDEP representative; and
33.6.5 The Air Force Project Manager(s). The Parties shall encourage representatives from the following organizations to serve as members of the RAB:
33.6.6 The local communities of Pemberton Township, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Township and Plumsted Township.
33.7 The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ AFB RAB Co-chair shall schedule quarterly meetings of the RAB unless the Parties agree to meet more or less frequently. Meetings shall be for the purpose of reviewing progress under the Agreement and for the following purposes:
33.7.1 To facilitate early and continued flow of information between the community, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Air Force Base, and the environmental regulatory agencies in relation to restoration actions taken by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Air Force Base under the Installation Restoration Program;
33.7.2 To provide an opportunity for RAB members and the public to review and comment on actions and proposed actions under the Installation Restoration Program; and
33.7.3 To facilitate regulatory and public participation consistent with applicable laws.
33.8 Special meetings of the RAB may be held at the request of the members.
