Community Impact Statement Clause Samples
A Community Impact Statement clause requires parties to assess and disclose the potential effects of a project or action on the local community. Typically, this involves preparing a written statement that outlines anticipated social, economic, or environmental impacts, which may be submitted to relevant authorities or stakeholders as part of an approval process. Community Impact Statement. The Township has determined that a Community Impact Statement is not required.
