A Community Impact Statement clause requires parties to assess and disclose the potential effects of a project or action on the local community. Typically, this involves preparing a written statement that outlines anticipated social, economic, or environmental impacts, which may be submitted to relevant authorities or stakeholders as part of an approval process.
