Community development Project. (CD Project) means a project to make an in- vestment that meets the requirements of § 24.3.
Community development Project. The Trustees may encroach upon the capital of the Community Development Account for Community Development Projects to no more than $500,000 within 7 years from the Date of the Agreement. There shall be no further encroachment thereafter on the capital remaining in the Community Development Account.
