Community Commitments. From and after the Effective Time, Fifth Third shall maintain the community commitments undertaken by Old Kent Bank Subsidiaries prior to the date hereof and set forth in Section 6.15 of the Old Kent Disclosure Schedule in the communities currently served by such banks.
