Community College. DISTRICT will provide the services of COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT faculty members who will facilitate coordination and cooperation between SCHOOL DISTRICT and COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT. COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT will provide SCHOOL DISTRICT personnel with reasonable assistance, direction, and instruction in how to fulfill their responsibilities under this CCAP Agreement, including conducting appropriate student assessments, outreach/recruitment activities, and the COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT application procedures.
