Communications with TPO. TPO acknowledges and agrees that UHMC may communicate with TPO and provide TPO with information related to this Agreement or otherwise by any means legally permissible, including, without limitation, telephone, electronic mail, and facsimile To the extent UHMC is required by applicable law to obtain TPO's prior consent to receive such communications from UHMC via any such means, TPO hereby grants UHMC such prior consent for any such applicable law and UHMC shall not be required to obtain any additional consents from TPO.
