Common use of Communications with the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Communications with the Trustee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any and all email communications (both text and attachments) by or from the Trustee that the Trustee in its sole discretion deems to contain confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information shall be encrypted. The recipient (the “Email Recipient”) of the email communication will be required to complete a one-time registration process. Instructions on how to register and/or retrieve an encrypted message will be included in the first secure email sent by the Trustee to the Email Recipient. Additional information and assistance on using the Trustee’s encryption technology can be found at the Trustee’s website wxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.xxx or by calling (000) 000-0000 (in the U.S.) or (000) 000-0000 at any time.
