Upon completion of this Service, Western Power will operate and maintain the communications link as a Standard Metering Service. Category Meter Provision No. MP - 75 Service Description Meter Test (laboratory) This Service is an Extended Metering Service. The Service may be requested by the User to test or audit the accuracy of a Metering Installation. Testing will be carried out in a National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA)n accredited laboratory under various load conditions, using reference standards that are traceable to national standards. Performance characteristics are monitored, such as ‘running at no-load’ (creep) and ‘operation of register or display’, for correct operation. A report will be issued to the User on the finding of the tests. In addition a weighted average of the overall accuracy of the Meter will beis calculated and provided tofor the User. to determine the compensation to Customers, if any. Where an outage or malfunction to a Metering Installation is confirmed, Western Power will complete a Metering Installation repair (MP-2), subject to the discretion noted in that Service description to replace the Meter instead.Where discrepancies are discovered, Western Power will complete a Metering Installation repair (MP-1). Communications Installation. Upon approval by the Government, the Contractor shall provide all activities associated with installation and Government operation of the network designed as a result of the Communications Design task stated in Section 3.5.2, above. Some of the activities included in this task are: site survey; installation and testing of the equipment peripherals, cabling and data links; and operational training. Communications installation activities will follow the procedures described in individual delivery order requirements. Computer resources necessary for installation activities will be either Government provided or will be Contractor provided.

Communications Installation. Lessee intends to install a conduit, four (4) inches in diameter from its building at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx across Mariner Avenue to the Premises and to run through such conduit a 300 pair 24 gauge cable, a fiber optic cable and an innerduct.   • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Lending Installations Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. Lessee shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises (including through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) and shall promptly, at Lessee’s expense, take all investigatory and/ore remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or required, for the cleanup of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or monitoring of, the Premises, the elements surrounding same, or neighboring properties that was caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance and/or storage tank brought onto the premises by or for lessee or under its control. Lessee, in keeping the Premises in good order, condition and repair, shall exercise and perform good maintenance practices. Lessee’s obligations shall include restorations, replacements or renewals when necessary to keep the Promises and all improvements thereon or a part thereof in good order, condition and state of repair. If Lessee occupies the Premises for seven (7) years or more, lessor may require Lessee to repaint the exterior of the buildings on the Premises as reasonably required, but not more frequently than once every seven (7) years.

  • Installation Waiver Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Services within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. provided under this Agreement except for the following services: (i) eDSL, (ii) VPN, (iii) Internet Dedicated OC3, OC12, OC48, Gig-E, (iv) PTT / third party services (including International Access and Company International), (v) Data Center, (vi) Paging, (vii) Managed Services, (viii) CPE, (ix) Enhanced Call Routing, (x) Local Disaster Recovery, (xi) Audio, Video and Net Conferencing, (xii) Voice over IP Services, (xiii) Security Services, (xiv) Non-Listing/Non-Published Service, (xv) Telecommunications Service Priority, and (xvi) Services provided by Company incumbent local exchange carriers (“ILECs”) or by Cellco Partnership and its affiliates d/b/a Company Wireless. Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, charges for an unlisted or non-published number, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived.

If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.
