Communications Configuration Sample Clauses

It typically specifies the approved channels for communication, such as email, postal mail, or secure online portals, and may outline requirements for confirming receipt or designating official contact persons. By clearly defining how and where communications should occur, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that important messages are reliably delivered and acknowledged.
