Common use of Communications Act Clause in Contracts

Communications Act. All orders and approvals of the FCC required in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been obtained or made, whether or not any appeal or request for reconsideration of such order is pending, or whether the time for filing any such appeal or request for reconsideration or for any sua sponte action by the FCC has expired; provided, however, Parent may elect to consummate the Merger on an initial order from the FCC.
