The 'Communication with Users' clause defines how and under what circumstances the parties to an agreement will interact with end users. Typically, this clause outlines the permitted methods of communication, such as email, phone, or in-app messaging, and may specify the types of information that can be shared, like service updates or promotional content. Its core function is to establish clear guidelines for user engagement, ensuring that communications are appropriate, consistent, and compliant with relevant laws or user expectations.
Communication with Users. We shall be using the following non exhaustive list of channels for communicating with our Users regarding the Services rendered: 41.13.1 Communicating via announcements on our Site; 41.13.2 Communicating via announcements and/or messages on our official social media pages; 41.13.3 Announcements or messages to your registered mobile phone number; 41.13.4 Announcements via push notifications on our Mobile App; 41.13.5 Correspondence via email to your email address registered with us;
Communication with Users. User authorizes Crunchi to contact and/or notify User about its products, services, Contests, or other such topics deemed of interest by Crunchi in accordance with all applicable laws.
