Communication Path. Each Party shall provide and operate the communications circuits used to telemeter the required MW and MWh data, which shall include redundant communication paths. The sampling rate for the MW data of the primary meter shall be as mutually agreed by the Parties, with the intention of the Parties that it be as near instantaneous as possible.
