Communication by Certificateholders with Other Certificateholders. Certificateholders of any series may communicate with other Certificateholders of such series with respect to their rights under this Basic Agreement, the related Trust Supplement or the Certificates of such series pursuant to Section 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act. The Company, the Trustee and any and all other persons benefitted by this Agreement shall have the protection afforded by Section 312(c) of the Trust Indenture Act.
