Common Vehicles. A common a motorized vehicle is used for the transportation of passengers whose medical condition does not require use of a wheelchair, hydraulic lift, stretcher, medical monitoring, ALS services, medical aid, medical care or medical treatment during transport. Common vehicles may comprise the majority of NEMT transit trips.
